Healthy Connections Zero to Five is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of young children with special needs, particularly those with Down Syndrome, from birth to age five. We connect parents, caregivers, and families in South-Central Alabama to essential special needs educational resources and healthcare services to support early childhood development. By working closely with individual families, schools, and local organizations, we aim to create a strong network of community support.

Libby's Friends helps families of individuals with special needs in Alabama. They can help with the cost of medical equipment, devices, ramps, seating assistance, excess therapy, etc. Please click on the picture to visit their website for more information.

Family Voices of Alabama (FV of AL) aims to achieve family-centered care for all children and youth with special health care needs and/or disabilities.
