Healthy Connections Zero to Five is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of young children with special needs, particularly those with Down Syndrome, from birth to age five. We connect parents, caregivers, and families in South-Central Alabama to essential special needs educational resources and healthcare services to support early childhood development. By working closely with individual families, schools, and local organizations, we aim to create a strong network of community support.
